Flipp the script.
John White, 53, shots and kills Daniel Cicciaro Jr., 17, after him and a mob of angry white males storm his home. Druing the trail the jury heard a 911 tape of what went on inside a car as the wounded Cicciaro was rushed to a hospital. Serrano was heard vowing revenge, using a racial epithet. "Fucking niggers. I'll get him for you, Dano," he said. So now lets flipp the script, now it's a black man accused of shooting a white interloper on his property to death. Hmmm, let's see now; these young men were on Mr. Whites property, and they were making racial threats and threatening to do terrible things to his wife and son. Still, not sure if he should have shot the teen to death. But then.... given what I heard on the tape, I might have shot the little mother fucker too. Now (Mr. White) has been charged with manslaughter, and the last time I checked, Joe the immigrant killer is still free. In fact, I bet ole Joe is a hero to most of his neighbors. Hey, we just can't have these illegals running around breaking into people's homes now can we? "Don't mess with (t)exas." My question is why? The man shot two people who were robbing another person's house in broad daylight in the back! Double Standard?
